Hello, World

When you don’t know what to do, just do something.

This is the first post on my climate blog. I’ve been thinking about how to live in the reality of climate change with hope. I’m just getting started, so stay tuned for more. Subscribe below to get notified when I post new updates. #climate-change #trees

  1. Dear Beth Greene (Sheva) Perera,

We are Aytzim, a Jewish-environmental 501c3 nonprofit. It heartened us to see you posting about planting trees. We are concerned, though, that that your naming of the blog using our name, Aytzim, could confuse people into thinking that your blog is somehow affiliated with our nonprofit, particularly because we are the only group to use our spelling instead of the more typical Etzim. Can you please not use our name in the name of your blog website?

Also, we run a blog site called Jewcology; it reaches a really wide audience, and it may be a good place for you to blog about Jewish environmentalism and to reach more people. You can check it out at Jewcology.org.

    Happy belated Tu B’Shvat!
